Alice Woog
Alice Woog, Ed.D., is the Education Specialist for the Thera Rising Institute. She has 25 years of experience in the educational field including positions as a high school and middle school principal and professional development director. Woog is also an adjunct professor at the University of St. Thomas in the Education Leadership and Policy Department, where she currently serves as an assessor for the National Association for Secondary School Principals’ Assessment Center. Alice has been president of the Minnesota Association of Secondary School Principals and a certified trainer for Breaking Ranks in the Middle. Combined with her work as a certified life coach, Alice provides training to middle school principals and teacher-leader teams working towards meaningful reform and change in their learning community. Alice is a member of the Licensure Advisory Board for the Department of Leadership, Policy and Administration at the University of St. Thomas.
