Second (Half) Day: Wednesday, June 9th (8:00 – 12:00)
Step Two: Learn How to Strengthen Respect, Trust and Cooperation in Teams ~ Facilitating Code of Conduct Sessions
In Step Two, participants learn how to apply the seminar’s principles directly to specific behaviors within a fractured team. This hands-on process uses the power of peer pressure to reinforce positive behaviors and gently nudge outliers toward healthier norms. Using self-assessment and prioritization teams create a written ”Code of Conduct,” a surprisingly effective tool for eliminating behaviors that destroy trust within their team, raise tension and impede productivity.
Step Three: Learn How to Resolve Conflict Between Employees With A Painless, Efficient Process
You will learn how to resolve entrenched conflict between individuals. Building on the insights from the previous two steps, this hands-on session will consist of practice and feedback to address and resolve patterns of destructive behavior between individuals.
